Route Discontinued. The portion of the route from W 5th St to Upper Ottawa St along Fennell Ave was replaced by realigning 21 UPPER KENILWORTH to run along Fennell. The portion of the route north of Fennell to Gage & Industrial Dr was replaced by realigning 41 MOHAWK down this area.
1994 – 1995
East Gage & Industrial Dr. The route remained unchanged, with the exception that the route now entered Mohawk College, which it had previously only passed by.Eastbound – The bus would turn right onto W 5th St, right into the parking lot, right to the doors of the college and back out to the parking lot road. The bus turned right again towards the other exit and then turned right onto Fennell.

Westbound – The bus would turn left onto W 5th St, right into the parking lot, right to the doors of the college and back out to the parking lot road. The bus turned right again towards the other exit and then turned left onto Fennell.

East Gage & Industrial Dr. The route remained unchanged, with minor modification in the east end of the route. The 31C and 31D ends were scrapped and simplified with one end loop point at Gage & Industrial.The bus would leave the loop and travel south on Gage Ave N past Burlington St. The bus would turn left onto Beach Rd travelling east. The bus would make a quick left turn at Ottawa St followed by another right back onto Beach Rd, passing the previous Beach Rd Loop. The bus would then turn right onto Grenfell to Kenilworth Ave N. The bus would then turn right onto Kenilworth Ave N and continue with the rest of the route, unchanged from 1989.

East Beach Road Loop (31C)
Gage & Industrial Dr. (31D)
The bus leaves the loop at Chedoke Hospital travelling southbound on Sanatorium. The bus then turns left continuing on Sanatorium travelling east. The bus then turns left at Garth St followed by a right onto Fennell. The bus then travells east on Fennell until arriving at Upper Ottawa St. The bus makes a left at Upper Ottawa, followed by a right onto Mountain Brow Blvd. Next the bus would follow the Kenilworth Mountain Access down the escarpment and, after making a brief layover at the Kenilworth Traffic Circle, would travel north on Kenilworth Ave S. For the 31C the bus would make a left turn on Grenfell and then merge left onto Beach Rd, ending at the Beach Rd Loop. For the 31D the bus would continue on Kenilworth past Grenhill and turn left at Burlington St. The bus would continue onto Industrial Dr and then turn left onto Gage, where it would loop.Return trip from 31D the bus would turn left from Gage to Burlington St, followed by a right turn onto Kenilworth Ave. Return trip from 31C the bus would travel east on Beach, merge right onto Grenfell and turn right onto Kenilworth Ave. The bus would travel south on Kenilworth Ave and after making a brief layover at the Kenilworth Traffic Circle would travel up the escarpment on the Kenilworth Access. The bus would then travel west on Mountain Brow Blvd before turning left onto Upper Ottawa St. The bus would make a right onto Fennell Ave and travel west accross the mountain. Arriving at Garth St the bus would turn left followed by a right onto Sanatorium. Arriving at Chedoke Hospital the bus would turn right onto Sanatorium and arrive at the San Brow Building Loop.
