This shuttle route began service November 5, 2001 and ended service October 2003. It provided service between the Mountain Transit Centre and the Hamilton International Airport on Weekdays and Saturdays between 6am and 7:30pm operating on a 30-40 minute frequency.

Glanbrook Transcab was modified during the period this route was in operation so that area this route serviced no longer received TransCab service. When the route was cancelled previous TransCab service resumed.

Route 20 A-LINE EXPRESS eventually replaced service to the Airport and connected passengers directly to the downtown core.

2001 – 2003
North Mountain Regional Transit Centre The bus would leave the Jetport travelling east on Hanger Service Rd. The bus would then make a right onto Internal Ring Rd and make one full lap around, passing the Main Terminal, before turning left onto Airport Rd. The bus would then turn left into the Canadian Warplane Heritage Museum and then return to Airport Rd. Finally the bus would turn left onto Upper James St (Highway #6) and return to the Mountain Transit Centre.
South Hamilton “John C. Munro” International Airport The bus would leave the Mountain Garage and travel south on Upper James St (Highway #6) until reaching Airport Road, where the bus would turn right. The bus would then turn right onto East Cargo Rd and loop around at the UPS building before turning right back onto Airport Rd. The bus would then turn right onto Internal Ring Rd to the main terminal entrance before turning right onto Hanger Service Rd. The bus would then turn left onto Centre Rd followed by a right back onto Airport Rd and another right on General Aviation Access Rd. Finally the bus would turn left onto Hanger Service Rd and then loop at the Jetport.
