Presto Upgrade will Disrupt Online Services Jan 15-18, 2016

PRESTO is planning to upgrade its central operating system beginning late Friday, January 15th until early Monday, January 18th, 2016.

During the upgrade, the PRESTO website will be unavailable and there will be temporary planned interruptions to PRESTO account service through the contact centre.

Customers will still be able to use their PRESTO card to pay transit fares, and load funds at a PRESTO Customer Service Outlet or Self-Serve Reload Machine during the upgrade. Customers can purchase a new card or load funds in person at any Customer Service Outlet.

The upgrade is being done to enable essential features for the rollout on the Toronto Transit Commission (TTC), allow for greater transit agency interoperability, and improve customer self-serve functions.

All PRESTO services will be restored by early morning on January 18, 2016.
