Effective Friday, July 31st, 2015 from approximately 9:00pm until Monday, August 3rd, 2015 at approximately 5:00am and continuing for the next four consecutive weekends, the King Street & Centennial Parkway intersection will be closed due to road construction. As a result, routes 5 DELAWARE, 44 RYMAL and 58 STONEY CREEK LOCAL will be on detoured.

There will be two separate detours for 5 DELAWARE depending on the day and time. The separate detours are listed below.

Friday evenings, Saturday until 5:30 pm, Sunday until 7:00am & 9:30am – 5:30pm

EASTBOUND

From St. Joseph’s Ambulatory Care Centre and King Street East

• Right (west) on King Street East
• Right (north) on Nash Road
• Right (east) on Queenston Road
• Left (north) into westerly internal roadway to Eastgate Terminal looping clockwise to temporary end of line at PLATFORM 7.

WESTBOUND

From EASTGATE TRANSIT TERMINAL PLATFORM 7

• Continue west on Queenston Road
• Left (south) on Nash Road
• Left (north) on St. Joseph’s Ambulatory Care Centre east driveway
• Left (south) on St. Joseph’s Ambulatory Care Centre west driveway
• Right (west) on King Street East and resume regular westbound routing on King West of Nash Road.

Saturday & Sunday after 5:30 pm & Sunday ONLY from 7 am to 9:30 am

EASTBOUND

From St. Joseph’s Ambulatory Care Centre and King Street East

• Right (west) on King Street East
• Right (north) on Nash Road
• Right (east) on Queenston Road
• Right (south) on Lake Avenue South to current temporary recovery point on Lake Avenue South at RL Hyslop School.

WESTBOUND

From Lake Avenue South at RL Hyslop School

• Left (east) on Maple Avenue
• Left (north) on Mountain Avenue South
• Left (west) on King Street East
• Right (north) on Lake Avenue South
• Left (west) on Queenston Road
• Left (south) on Nash Road
• Left (north) on St. Joseph’s Ambulatory Care Centre east driveway
• Left (south) on St. Joseph’s Ambulatory Care Centre west driveway
• Right (west) on King Street East and resume regular westbound routing on King West of Nash Road.

WESTBOUND

From EASTGATE TRANSIT TERMINAL PLATFORM 3

• Continue west on Terminal roadway
• Right (west) on Queenston Road
• Right (south) on Red Hill Valley Parkway ramp
• Right (south/east) on Red Hill Valley Parkway exit ramp to Mud Street
• Continue east on Mud Street
• Right (south) on Upper Centennial Parkway and resume regular westbound routing on Upper Centennial Parkway south of Mud Street.

EASTBOUND to EASTGATE TRANSIT TERMINAL PLATFORM 3

From Upper Centennial Parkway and Mud Street

• Left (west) on Mud Street
• Right (north) on Red Hill Valley Parkway ramp
• Right (east/north) on Red Hill Valley Parkway exit ramp to Queenston Road
• Right (east) on Queenston Road
• Left (north) into easterly bus only roadway to Eastgate Terminal to Platform 3.

WESTBOUND

From King Street East and Lake Avenue

• Right (north) on Lake Avenue
• Left (west) on Queenston Road and resume regular routing on Queenston west of Centennial Parkway.

EASTBOUND

From Queenston Road and Centennial Parkway

• Continue east on Queenston Road
• Right (south) on Lake Avenue
• Left (east) on Collegiate Avenue
• Right (south) on Gray Road
• Left (east) on King Street East and resume regular eastbound routing on King Street East, east of Gray Road.
